Hello again 🙂

I was planning on uploading a haul today with a mixture of beauty and clothes but I’m going shopping again on Wednesday so I thought I’d save it for next week instead!

In the above pictures are my top 10 autumnal nail polishes. A lot of them aren’t the conventional darky, vampy colours but I still think you can rock them even in this season!

If you’d like to see how they look on the nails, especially the duos that I paired together don’t fret to comment about it down below 🙂

Thanks for reading my sweets! ❤

Important!!-stupidly I forgot to add the names of the colours so will update this post tomorrow when I have the polishes with me! All the love ❤

Makeup Revolution Amazing Fixing Spray

Hey guys! Sorry for not posting last week! I was dealing with a personal issue but I’m ready to go full speed ahead now!

I stated on my last post that for the next couple of weeks I’d be doing unconventional posts such as hauls, current favourites, OOTD’s and lifestyle posts etc because I’m so caught up with work for school (don’t worry I have a massive surprise for you when I start designing again). This is the first of my hauls and can I just say, the iPhone 6 camera is damn good!

I’m so impressed with the way these photos have turned out. Anyway, I popped into Superdrug and decided to go overboard when I saw the MakeUp Revolution counter. I’ve seen some of their products float around online before and I tried very hard not to scream with excitement when I saw they had what I wanted in store.

One of my favourite YouTubers, Kassia Poh, was talking about how amazing the Arch and Brow Shape was so I obviously had go out and buy it (brows are my no.1 priority!). It’s absolutely amazing! Definitely much cheaper than the Soap and Glory brow duo (which I haven’t tried) and makes doing your brows sooo easy. I was majorly impressed with it especially with that kind of price tag!

Another love of mine from this haul is the baked highlighter. I was intrigued that they had a purple shade as I’ve never seen a purple highlighter before (they also have a goldy-white and a green colour). Because it’s baked I spray the Fix spray onto my brush and then dab it lightly (trust me when I say a little goes a long way) and apply it on my cheekbones. The result is incredible. Again, it was only £4. I’d say you definitely get your money’s worth!

I have yet to try the colour correcting concealer palette and the 2 lipsticks. The concealers are super pigmented and creamy from when I swatched them, and quite easy to blend. And the lipstick colours are absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to do some autmnal looks with them! They look matte from when I swatched them but I have yet to see how the consistency is on the lips!

Makeup Revolution sell some absolutely incredible stuff (their eyeshadow palettes are beautiful) and you’ll most likely be seeing a lot more of their stuff on my blog in the near future! They’re super cheap as well so if you’re in need of makeup or want to go out of your comfort zone and try a new brand, I would definitely recommend this one!

Thanks my sweets and see you on Sunday! ❤

Last Monday I uploaded a bridal couture design that’s part of my current collection, the Beauty Of Islam. This is the “grand unveiling” of the rest of the design!

I hope you can see the calligraphy at the back as I’m paranoid that the glitter has messed it up and it’s not readable. I initially (and unknowingly) accidentally wrote a prayer at the back, so obviously out of respect I changed it to the current calligraphy design it is now, which reads ‘Undying Faith’ in Arabic and was taken from the last picture.

I hope you like my first ever bridal dress I’ve created! Maybe I could design some more in the future and make all sorts of wedding couture instead of sticking to traditional South Asian wedding wear 🙂

Thanks for reading my sweets ❤

Important!!

For the next couple of weeks I’m going to go unorthodox on this blog and put some different posts up. I’m currently really busy with my a levels and I don’t want to upload designs I’ve not put my heart into just to get a post up on time. I’m really sorry and I hope you understand! I won’t stop blogging but I won’t be putting any new designs up for a while. Inshallah I’ll come back with a bang and tons of new collections to show you!

Very much like me, my designs are not photogenic (laughs at my own terrible sense of humour)

This piece was inspired a 100% by a traditional South Asian wedding gown created by Saira Rizwan.

You may ask why on Earth this has anything to do with my current collection: The Beauty of Islam. Well that’s why it’s part one!

This design took me 4 hours to perfect today (and it looks a lot nicer when you see it in person trust me!) and with all my a level work to catch up with, this is all I could squeeze in my free time. You’ll see the rest of it next week!

The design is a spaghetti strapped (very heavily embroidered and embellished) oxblood coloured gown with a thin jacket-kameez over it, made from a luxurious chiffon and carefully hand embellished designs.

Hope you like the first of my wedding looks as there’ll be a lot more coming soon!

Thanks for reading and see you next time my sweets 🙂 ❤
